SHIPPING POLICY

Ships From the United States All NOVA ROPA orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse network, including locations in Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. NOVA ROPA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@nova-ropa.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
