At NOVA ROPA, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@nova-ropa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us at support@nova-ropa.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
