Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our US warehouse network located in Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@nova-ropa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Are any items final sale?
Yes — intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes XS through 3XL across most styles.
