Return policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal hygiene or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only a partial refund will be issued: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or unreceived refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is credited.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Changes (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we've received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.
Shipment
To return a product, you must mail it to 34 rue marquette, Chateauguay J6J5W4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are sending an item valued at over €45, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
